Okan Yener Joins COMO
COMO Digital Life Appoints Okan Yener as Chief Operating Officer & Authorized Manager

COMO Group (“COMO”) today appoints Okan Yener as Chief Operating Officer and Authorized Manager for COMO Digital Life.
Okan owns COMO's operating model: the layer where front-line teams, compliance, finance, and the platform converge. The seams that decide whether a regulated platform holds at scale.

Okan comes to COMO Digital Life from HSBC Luxembourg, where he built and ran the COO function for Commercial and Institutional Banking from inception. Earlier roles include HSBC Istanbul and PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he advised financial institutions and industrial groups on risk assurance, strategy, and operations engagements. He holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University and is a Certified Expert in Digital Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.
