Your Mission
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and collaborative Paralegal to support our legal, compliance, and governance functions.
You’ll be instrumental in keeping our legal processes organized and enabling smooth communication between internal stakeholders and external partners.
Your work will help bring structure and peace of mind to complex, high-impact areas, from corporate documentation to regulatory filings, so the company can stay focused on moving forward with confidence.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in drafting, formatting, and coordinating the preparation of legal documents, communications, presentations, company’s policies and procedures, and reports.
Conduct legal and regulatory research related to corporate law, financial services regulations, and other laws relevant to the company’s activities, including Luxembourg Law on Commercial Companies, PSD2, DORA, GDPR etc. As COMO DL implements its bold geographical expansion strategy, the scope of research will extend to additional jurisdictions.
Support legal workflows by managing due diligence tasks, assisting with legal case preparation, and contributing to the company’s regulatory compliance efforts, including responses to regulatory inquiries.
Oversee the organization, maintenance, archiving, retrieval, and annual review of the company’s documents.
Assist in convening the board and shareholder meetings, prepare board and shareholder resolutions, manage the collection and distribution of signatures, and ensure accurate maintenance of corporate books and shareholder registers.
Organize meetings, manage schedules, and handle document dispatch and retrieval tasks.
Contribute to the effectiveness of the board and leadership teams by ensuring smooth coordination and providing operational support to affiliated entities when required.
What You Bring
1–3 years of experience in legal, compliance, or corporate governance support roles;
Good understanding of legal and corporate governance principles, with the ability to support board-level documentation and filings;
Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory;
Exceptional organizational skills and communication skills, with the ability to perform accurate legal research;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and comfort with digital tools and file management systems;
Demonstrated ability to manage various responsibilities and priorities while maintaining high standards, discretion, and reliability.
Nice to Have
Experience working in startups, fintech, consulting, law firms or similarly fast-paced, agile environments.
Proficiency in French and/or German is a strong asset, but not mandatory.
