Our two-step sign-up process is designed to get to know you and your company quickly and securely.


Step 1: Complete a Brief Questionnaire

Step 2: Upload the Required Documents. Please have the following documents on hand to upload them together:


  1. If you're initially applying to a Blocking Certificate through QPay (Powered and Managed by COMO Digital Life):

    1. Passport/ID card copies (the copies must not be older than three months)

  2. If you're applying directly to a QPay Service (Powered and Managed by COMO Digital Life)

    1. Extract from the commercial register (not older than three months)

    2. Extract from the shareholder register (not older than three months)

    3. Company's articles of association (the copy must originate from an official government website or be a certified true copy)

    4. Passport/ID card copies (the copies must not be older than three months) for directors, UBOs and legal representatives

    5. Proof of address (not older than three months)
