Transformation in regulated infrastructure is engineering, not consulting. Damien is the engineer who does it.
Damien owns COMO's product roadmap and the transformation portfolio that ties it to technology, compliance, and finance.

Lepinoy joins COMO Digital Life from European Depositary Bank (Apex Group), where he served as Senior Vice President and Head of Custody Transformation, co-leading the migration to the Olympic core platform and re-engineering custody operations across two jurisdictions. Earlier mandates include senior cash-operations and reconciliation leadership at China Everbright Bank Luxembourg, China Construction Bank Luxembourg, and RBS Global Banking Luxembourg, with career roots at RBC Dexia.
