Role Overview

As a full-time remote Senior Graphic Designer at COMO, you will conceptualize and create visually compelling and on-brand designs across various digital mediums. Leveraging your expertise in graphic design, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop creative solutions that effectively communicate COMO's message, enhance brand identity, and drive engagement.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design Execution: Produce a wide range of design deliverables, including website graphics, social media assets, email templates, print collateral, presentations, and promotional materials, adhering to brand guidelines and project requirements.

  • Creative Conceptualization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop creative concepts, visual treatments, and design solutions that align with project objectives and resonate with target audiences.

  • Visual Identity Maintenance: Ensure consistency and coherence of COMO's visual identity and brand standards across all design assets, including logos, typography, color palettes, and graphic elements.

  • Design Production: Utilize Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to create polished and pixel-perfect designs. Prepare design files for digital and print production, collaborating with developers, printers, and other external vendors as needed.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks of design work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines, technical specifications, and project requirements.

  • Creative Problem-Solving: Approach design challenges with creativity and innovation, leveraging design principles, technical skills, and industry knowledge to overcome obstacles and deliver effective design solutions.

  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, AI and design best practices. Seek opportunities for skill development and growth to enhance design capabilities and stay competitive in the field.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate B2B environment, with a portfolio showcasing proficiency in creating visually compelling designs across digital and print mediums.

  • Fluent in English is a must have; additional languages are a plus.

  • Knowledge of banking and finance industry trends, regulations, and terminology is advantageous.

  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Office Suite (PowerPoint and Word), with the ability to create high-quality design assets efficiently.

  • Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate design concepts and rationale clearly.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality, with the ability to deliver polished and professional design work on time and within project constraints, regardless of the design software.

  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude towards learning and professional development, with a passion for creativity and a desire to continuously improve design skills and expertise.
